MASSACHUSETTS RECORD REQUEST
Massachusetts Record Retrieval & Apostille
Request an eligible Massachusetts record and, when appropriate, coordinate apostille or other authentication before shipping.
Documents for international use
A receiving organization abroad may require authentication in addition to a certified record. The document’s signature, issuing authority and destination determine the appropriate route. An apostille does not guarantee that a recipient will accept a document for a particular purpose.
Tell us the country of use and provide the organization’s instructions before retrieval begins.

Eligibility comes first
Not every record qualifies for Massachusetts apostille. A photocopy or unsuitable signature may not meet authentication requirements. Some countries require a different authentication route.
